Regardless its size or budget, our firm philosophy states that every project is important.  V Architecture was proud to offer the same excellent service on smaller commercial projects and are easily managed by the same team that manages more complex ones.

Our role as the Architects for these two Subway stores (both located in shopping mall food courts), was to produce Contract Documents that would accommodate all the special equipment as well as comply with landlord and regulatory agencies criteria.

Our project approach was to produce high-quality documents on schedule and within budget, which was the most important Client objective.  Our proactive permitting approach was key in obtaining the required documentation in a timely fashion without delaying the project schedule.
