Q Puerto Rico Franchise, LLC once again entrusted V Architecture to design their second QDOBA Mexican Eats fast casual dining outlet. At the outset of working with this team, V Architecture was selected to develop an innovative pad site prototype for various locations across the island, including Bayamon, Caguas, and Ponce. Our team meticulously designed a 3,200 sq/ft standalone prototype to accommodate up to 74 indoor and outdoor diners, incorporating the latest trends in the fast-casual industry.
Our design philosophy centers on creating an open-space concept to enhance the overall dining experience. Guests entering the restaurant immediately notice the inviting atmosphere, marked by high open ceilings, warm wooden tones, vibrant walls, tasteful tile accents, and strategically placed art. The open kitchen concept, which serves as the focal point, embodies the brand’s essence. We work closely to integrate brand standards and equipment into our design, ensuring a harmonious blend that enhances aesthetics and operational effectiveness.
