In collaboration with Prisa Group, V Architecture proudly presents the commencement of Puerto Rico’s groundbreaking dual-branded hotel project. This $77 million endeavor marks a significant milestone as the first of its kind in the region, merging Hilton International’s renowned Hampton and Homewood Suites within a single structure. Situated in the heart of the Convention Center District in San Juan, the project will introduce 257 luxurious rooms to the city’s vibrant landscape. Spanning over a period of 30 months, the construction will unfold in two phases. The initial phase will focus on developing a multi-level parking structure capable of accommodating 400 vehicles, while the subsequent phase will see the rise of a magnificent 175,000-square-foot hotel tower. This innovative venture represents a testament to our commitment to excellence and the continued advancement of Puerto Rico’s hospitality sector.
