El Conquistador – La Marina Phase 1

La Marina Lobby is an open space that provides a receiving area that leads to La Marina Guestrooms and to the rest of La Marina area, including La Marina Retail and Restrooms, and Ballyhoo. The Lobby receives guests as they descend from the upper buildings in the funicular. The area was renovated with new floor and wall finishes. Also, a new reception desk with a feature wall was added to the space, as well as lighting and millwork to incorporate a new screen.

La Marina has its own venues to provide the guest a similar experience as the one they have at the Main Building, but with a more relaxed coastal look and feel. La Marina Retail component offers a coffee shop with inside and outside dining areas. The Façade and exterior tables look over breathtaking pier views. La Marina also has public restrooms for La Marina visitors and guests. For this whole area, we provided architectural and coordination services, together with the interior designer to accomplish a complete renovation of the building finishes, interior spaces of Marina Café, the public restrooms, Retail Façades, Retail corridor new roof extension to provide shelter from sun and rain to the diners.

Our services for La Marina Pier Walkway included repair and refinishing of the concrete path that surrounds La Marina Pier and leads to the Water Park. La Marina is a 144 key guestroom building. We provided architectural and coordination services, together with the interior designer to accomplish a complete room upgrade to meet ownership standards.
