Courtyard by Marriott Miramar

Marriott Courtyard Miramar is located in the heart of Miramar, a trendy, urban community within the San Juan capital where both local living and tourism is buzzing.

V Interiors redesigned a total of 140 rooms distributed along 10 floors and various public areas within the hotel following the new generation 6.5 Courtyard Marriott Design Standards. This 62,000 sq ft intervention also included updating the main lobby, reception, meeting rooms, and public bathrooms on the first level. The existing gymnasium was given a fresh new look with updated equipment, ceilings, and wall finishes. The new property personality is classic, calming, and oriented towards business travelers ready to relax after a long day at work.

When designing for hospitality projects, durability, design, and comfort are all attainable goals V Interiors aims to provide. This project was no exception to these guidelines. All guest rooms were redesigned to include new modern furniture with striking wood veneers, contract-grade rich leather fabrics and linen look textiles to accentuate the hotel’s tropical location. Lighting in the room was designed to be calming and minimalistic while maintaining its functionality. Deep blues and rich tan colors provide the overall neutral palette with invigorating touches of colors. The overall product provides durable, timeless experience guests will be able to enjoy for years to come.
