04 Nov V Architecture Celebrating Growth and Leadership at the CKLDP and AIAPR’25 Conference of Architecture and Design
The Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) held its final session this past Friday, October 31, at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The closing session, titled “The Future of You,” marked the culmination of the program and celebrated the graduation of 16 distinguished scholars.

We are proud to celebrate one of our own, Anaida L. Ríos Ramón, on her graduation alongside her fellow CKLDP 2024–2025 scholars. Anaida, one of our talented Designers and Project Managers, co-led and co-hosted Session #4 of the program—Rainmaking & Business Development—and successfully completed her scholar year.

Anaida is our eighth scholar to graduate from the CKLDP program. Our growing V Legacy now includes past scholars Kish Báez, Joan Monge, Adriana Ostolaza, Edgardo Vela, Jorge Rivera, Frances David, and Miraida Rodríguez. Several of them joined us to celebrate Anaida’s graduation milestone, reflecting our shared commitment to mentorship, growth, and professional excellence.
Arch. Ilia Ríos Reyes, Principal at V Architecture and CKLDP benefactor for the past three years, participated in the session “Dialogues: About Us in the Future.” She shared valuable insights on mentorship, defining career experiences, and the vital role of leadership in shaping the future of the profession.
Another valued team member, Miraida Rodríguez Muñiz, contributed to the program as part of the Advisory Committee, serving as Communications Advisor and continuing to uphold our culture of engagement and collaboration.
This final CKLDP session took place during the AIA Puerto Rico 2025 Conference of Architecture and Design: Identity, Territory, and Contemporary Practice, held October 31–November 1 at the Caribe Hilton Hotel. V Architecture was proudly represented at the event by Edgardo Vela, Joan Monge, Miraida Rodríguez, Adriana Ostolaza, Adolfo Norcisa, Jennifer Goldfarb, Kish Báez, Jessica Díaz, and Marialy Pérez, who participated in the keynote lectures and technical sessions.

Marialy Pérez also hosted the AIA Women in Architecture (WIA) professional booth, where she served as a committee advocate, promoting the initiative’s mission of supporting women architects and fostering equity within the profession.
At V Architecture, we remain deeply committed to cultivating leadership, fostering mentorship, and supporting the continuous growth of our professionals. Through programs like CKLDP and our ongoing engagement within the architectural community, we continue to build a legacy of development, vision, and purpose.
