V Architecture is thrilled to announce the grand opening of Money Group’s new headquarters at the iconic Distrito T-Mobile in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This transformative project showcases our firm’s expertise in creating innovative and inspiring workspace solutions.

“It’s been an honor to work at the Convention Center District since its early visioning sessions in the late 90’s till today.  From designing the Convention Center, collaborating in the Convention District master planning, to the design of the Hyatt hotels, the Distrito T-Mobile, Sazón Cocina Criolla, and now the design of Money Group’s headquarter we have had the opportunity to work from the macro to the micro, from public buildings to hospitality, entertainment, commercial and corporate interiors.” shares V Architecture Managing Principal, Ilia Rios. She adds: “This project highlights our ability to transform spaces while we bring our clients vision to life.”

Money Group’s new headquarters embraces more than an office space but establishes a vibrant hub for collaboration, creativity, and employee well-being. The space is strategically designed to fully utilize its prime location within one of Puerto Rico’s most dynamic cultural and entertainment districts.

Key areas of the new office include:

  • The Park: A stunning atrium that serves as the heart of the space, offering open workstations, flex areas, and a captivating visual connection to other areas. The atrium’s perimeter is ideal for an LED screen to showcase the company’s digital content.
  • The Oasis: An elevated employee experience with breathtaking views. The space consists of a covered terrace with direct access to the Breakroom, an outdoor bar, and a sunken lounge, designed initially as a pool and transformed into a multipurpose area perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

What was initially designed as a nightclub was successfully transformed into a modern corporate space.

The building’s unique geometry inspired the design of Money Group’s headquarters. We embraced the challenge of creating functional and dynamic spaces that align with the client’s vision. We’ve crafted a stylish and efficient space by combining contemporary aesthetics with industrial elements and strategic use of color.  From flex spaces to workstations, casual meeting rooms, a seminar room, and an executive conference room. Whichever you need, you can find the perfect place to collaborate, to work privately, or to gather, both inside and outdoors.

Our design philosophy focuses on crafting an environment that enhances productivity and employee wellness. The flexible workspace and careful attention to scale, acoustics, and lighting promote a positive and inspiring atmosphere. Our signature V Architecture vision influenced how we wanted to create moments and experiences within the traditional office setting that can elevate the workday for employees.
