Ponderosa Steakhouse has been a very successful family casual steakhouse in Puerto Rico since 1984 and currently has around 20 restaurants island wide. After 30 years of a very successful operation, our firm was entrusted with revitalizing its look by creating a comprehensive prototype for exterior and interior design.

The Menu Board is a key component of the guest experience and therefore was one of the first elements that were studied and redesigned. The new Menu Board was implemented in the El Amal location in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. It integrated cutting-edge digital technology as well as larger graphics displays.

Smaller components of the interior design (such as the furniture and fixtures) were also studied to the smallest scale. Among some of them are the salad bar and soup/bread display table.
