The Pepsi Cola Bottling Plant is comprised of a 120,000 sq ft production and warehouse building and a 20,000 sq ft office structure in Toa Baja.

Through project evaluation, feasibility studies and operational assessments, the new Class A industrial facility houses state-of-the-art technology with a central security checkpoint, visitor-friendly office building, and storage facilities, as well as an efficient, high truck capacity loading dock.
