Oriental Model Branch Implementation

Based on the Branch Design Guidelines, the 254 Muñoz Rivera Branch and the Las Vistas Shopping Center (Paseos) in San Juan were remodeled.

The 245 Muñoz Rivera included a branch in the ground floor and Oriental Trust offices in the Mezzanine. This was the first branch where we tested the Design Guidelines and – although some modifications were required due to the existing branch conditions – the overall design concept was extremely successful.

In Oriental Leasing we designed an adaptation of the Branch Design Guidelines to this new leasing office that will serve the public in a different fashion than the branches. The final product was a stylish corporate setting with strong visual language.

Unfortunately, the facility only lasted a few years until Oriental acquired BBVA and consolidated Oriental Leasing with BBVA Auto at Señorial Building.
