Hipódromo Camarero

V Architecture worked closely with the Board of Directors of Hipódromo Camarero in the preparation of a Master Plan of their property to guide its future development, by creating a cohesive, well-thought-out strategy capable of controlling and managing the expansion.

The Master Plan creates an overall future vision along with phasing strategies and key planning principles that will ultimately manage the uses of the land. Perkins + Will of Atlanta, a long time collaborator with V Architecture worked closely as a consultant in the process.
