El Conquistador – Lobby and Exteriors Phase 1

The Mirador Terrace is a rooftop veranda with great views of the Resort’s pools and the Caribbean Sea, located at Main Building Mezzanine Level. The Terrace is usually used to hold special outdoor events and weddings. For this area, besides finishes, furniture, and equipment, a new roof was designed to cover the Service Bar and new lounge seating spaces.

Another area of the renovation was the Café Bella Vista area, an outdoor restaurant located at the upper level looking upon the Main Pool area and offers a large selection of international dishes. The best views in the Caribbean from the seating area honors its name, Café Bella Vista which means Beautiful Views Cafe.  The Café has been remodeled with an upgrade that besides finishes, furniture, and equipment, also includes architectural features such as a new roof structure to provide shade and cover from the rain and a newly added area that features a firewood oven.

Also, a pergola-like structure, was designed to connect the Main Building and Las Brisas Guestroom Building The new roof creates an entrance hall for the Main Building and a connection with Las Vistas Garden, as well as shelter to a path to walk from Main Building to Las Brisas Guestroom Building.
