Droguería Central

Droguería Central, Inc. entrusted our firm to design its new production facilities. This new structure was developed to facilitate their production and allow for future expansions according to the needs of its users through the use of prefabricated tilt-up structures.

The first phase of construction consisted of a 60,000 sq ft pharmaceutical warehouse facility including 6,000 sq ft of office area. Another 4,500 sq ft of warehouse facilities and administration areas on a mezzanine were later added.
