Catwalk

Our client’s goal was to relocate this Catwalk Shoe Store from an existing location to a new space within the Plaza Carolina Mall.
Our role was to capture the store design elements and shelving system to produce a set of Contract Documents that would replicate the existing condition and assist the Owner with the relocation.

Meeting the mall criteria was the most challenging aspect of the project, due to their regulations. Another important project item was to coordinate the two-tier storage system in the storage room with existing structural members as well as fire protection system.
