Area Plan Bayamón Central District

Our firm assisted the Municipality of Bayamón in the preparation of Bayamón’s Central District Plan, with the aim to implement an area plan for the redevelopment of the City of Bayamón central town.

Our work was divided into three volumes. Volume I identified the District existing condition as well as setting the rules for the analysis. Volume II consists of the actual regulation, meaning allowable uses, heights, density within other planning elements, and Volume III contains the conceptual design of the District’s key projects that will promote future developments within the District.
