11 Aug Campus Popular Featured in Revista Obra
From concept to completion, Muñoz Rivera 200 has stood out for its impact on Puerto Rico’s financial district. That impact is now recognized in the June 2025 edition of Revista Obra, which features the project as part of the transformative Campus Popular development.
The article, titled “El Tramo ANCLA”, explores the vision and execution of this landmark project for Popular Inc. and Puerto Rico’s financial district. Designed by Perkins Eastman in collaboration with V Architecture, the project was strengthened by our team’s in-depth local knowledge, technical expertise, and hands-on coordination from design development through construction—ensuring the vision was successfully brought to life in Puerto Rico.
Muñoz Rivera 200 features 10 floors, 768 parking spaces, and the largest corporate fitness and wellness center on the island, including a rooftop pool, basketball court, gym, and multipurpose studios. This new structure not only addresses parking needs but also enhances employee wellness, aligning with the broader Popular Center District master plan.
The Revista Obra feature underscores how the collaboration between international design leadership and local architectural expertise created a project that is both globally informed and deeply rooted in Puerto Rico’s unique cultural, regulatory, and construction landscape.
We’re proud to have contributed to a project that is reshaping Hato Rey’s skyline and to see it recognized in one of the island’s leading construction and architecture publications.
