Red Coral Lounge At The Marriott

The San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino turned to V Architecture – in collaboration with Monogram by Callison – to launch a $2.2 million lobby renovation of their 9,500 sq ft great room area including the Red Coral Lounge, reception desk and guest services desk.

The great room space opens up at night to a rear dance lounge with improved acoustics, state-of-the-art-sound system and digital television displays.

The new space features deep wood finishes, rich earth tones and textures, and sleek metal accents, designed to create an atmosphere of warmth and opulence. A hand-carved illuminated wood coral wall serves as the centerpiece.

The design of the lobby’s public space features intimate comfort areas or “zones,” where guests can socialize with friends, communal tables for business and social networking, and bar seating featuring multiple television screens for sporting events or news.
