Comunidad Dorada

Located on a former farm site in Barceloneta, Comunidad Dorada is a modern 5,738 sq ft retirement facility consisting of a seven-story residential building, designed to provide 91, one-bedroom residences with four ADA units and four units for the hearing impaired. The building provides on-site parking for 63 cars including five ADA accessible spaces.

The first floor of the facility features a meeting room, administration office, gymnasium, laundry facilities, storage room, and a full-service kitchen. The building is also equipped with support service space for a cistern, substation, emergency generator, telecommunications room, and recycling room. A 1,200 sq ft space for warehouse, multipurpose room, and custodial facilities is located at the rear of the building.
