Condado Lagoon Villas

The 264 units of Condado Lagoon Villas are situated on the grounds of the Caribe Hilton, next to the historic San Geronimo Fort. Strategically positioned to provide every villa with exclusive oceanfront views of the Condado Lagoon, the Villas are privately owned but leased and operated by the Caribe Hilton as part of the larger Paseo Caribe Mixed Use Development.

The project was divided into 2 phases – phase 1 (168 units) was completed in the summer of 2005 and phase 2 (96 units) was completed in the fall of 2009.
