One World Trade Center

The newest icon in the Puerto Rico Convention District, the World Trade Center will provide the key office element within the area while maintaining the retail shopping corridor and the pedestrian-friendly environment the district embraces.

Designed to meet USGBC Green Certification standards, the buildings program includes 250,000 sq ft of office and 33,000 sq ft of retail space, served by a 587-car parking structure.
