This 200-acre mixed-use community near Arecibo is a model of sustainable development.

With views of the ocean, Senderos de Miraflores will feature a Town Center on approx. 8.7 acres, including a town square plaza with a church or town hall and 26,000 sq ft of commercial space that will serve the residents and promote a smart growth environment that reduces residents’ dependence on automobiles.

Five gated residential communities range from 15 acres up to 34.17 acres and feature a cross-market of residential living opportunities to reach each price point with a mix of housing types. Each community promotes a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood featuring setback sidewalks, varying lot sizes, a community center, and park featuring a pool and tennis courts. The Masterplan calls for the surrounding Karst Landscape to be preserved.
