Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurant made its long-awaited debut at San Juan, Puerto Rico’s Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport in July 2017.

The beloved fried chicken chain is the latest addition to the quickly-changing airport, which has unveiled a slew of new food and beverage options as part of a large revitalization project by management company Aerostar.

The new Popeyes is located in Terminal C where there was previously an Aunt Annie’s and Subway. The design included the coordination of kitchen equipment and environmental graphics to draw busy audiences in.
