An excellent example of our firm’s role in keeping a project on schedule and within budget, while providing the highest level of customer service, professionalism and permit compliance.

Our role on the Project Team provided the owner a set of Contract Documents in compliance with the landlord design criteria for eight retail stores in malls located throughout Puerto Rico, in accordance with the retail tenant guidelines, as well as existing conditions and client needs for landlord and pertinent regulatory authorities like the Puerto Rico Fire Department and the Permit Authority (ARPE).
