Guías Homogéneas De Diseño Urbano Bayamón

The Fachadas Urbanas project is an integral component of the urban revitalization of Bayamón initiative, spearheaded by Mayor Hon. Ramón Luis Rivera, Jr. V Architecture contextually analyzed approximately 70 structures located within the urban fabric, specifically those flanking Dr. Veve Street. The inherent problems of each structure and its immediate context were documented.

Existing aesthetic conditions, architectural styles, existing signage, exposed electromechanical infrastructure, window openings, and solar protection devices were all considered as part of this study.
