Florencio Santiago School

Nestled in a town full of history and charm, the Florencio Santiago High School in Coamo received new life with an ambitious remodel, led by the V Architecture team. Alongside SMPC, our team of designers worked seamlessly on the rehabilitation of the main historic building and four adjacent classroom and support buildings for educational occupancy. The client for this project was AFI and the budget for the 40,290 sqft renovation was $1.9MM.
