The San Juan Capitol District Master Plan expresses a coherent vision that has a strategic, action-oriented focus. V Architecture utilized tremendous institutional knowledge of local stakeholders and design teams to generate buy-in from all parties through a clear, inclusive and comprehensive design process.

The effort leading to the actual Master Plan consisted of five primary tasks, namely:

• Visioning / Goal Setting
• Jurisdictions Needs’ Assessment
• Existing Buildings’ Conditions Assessment
• District Framework and Capitol District Master Plan.
