With over 15 years of experience, Rebeca is an excellent project manager from design to development and construction drawings. Through the years she has been in charge of hospitality, commercial, and residential projects among others.

Rebeca’s extensive experience enables her to become the Design Team leader in charge of overall project management including client relationship, architectural and engineering coordination. She effectively works with clients to develop project design programs, project requirements, and space planning diagrams. In addition, as Design Team leader she has been responsible for the coordination between the architecture and the engineering systems and has done it very successfully.

Exceptional teamwork, outstanding organization skills, reliability, and excellent communication skills are just some of the professional characteristics that make her a very talented architect and project manager. Her experience includes from small-scale to large-scale projects which have trained her to pay special attention to small details and to broader-scope planning alike.

Rebeca has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design. She is a LEED® Green Associate accredited by the Green Business Certification Institute.
