SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Nayda joins our team with 25 years of experience in architecture and project management, having collaborated with renowned design firms such as Yabu Pushelberg, Rockwell Group, and Patricia Urquiola. Her client list has included reputable brands such as Equinox Fitness Club, Hospital Menonita, Universal Insurance, W Hotel & Resort (Marriott), and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico.

She began her education with a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design from the University of Puerto Rico School of Architecture. She boosted her knowledge with a Master’s in Architecture from the renowned Columbia University Graduate School of Planning and Preservation in New York.

Nayda is a hands-on professional who enjoys being in the field and has contributed to all project phases, including program development, site analysis, permit documents, code compliance, schematic design, construction documents, and construction observation.

Among her many skills is the ability to collaborate successfully with consulting engineers to prepare a coordinated set of documents and closely engage with clients and contractors to achieve a product that best meets the owners’ requirements, the budget, and completion time without compromising the design intent. She has worked on various projects in the Healthcare, Hospitality, High-rise Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Luxury Fitness (Wellness) Centers. Most recently, she has completed Luxury Residential projects with Interior Designer Lulu Puras and was the Project Manager during the construction and installation phases.

In addition to her organizational abilities and team-player ethic, she is passionate about fitness and sports in her spare time.
