With over 11 years of experience, Marialy takes care of all phases of architectural projects, including pre-development, design, project management, and construction administration. Her approach consists of working in close collaboration with her clients, lacing together the disciplines of architecture, interior design, and graphic design.

She is a natural leader and client advocate, committed to achieving project goals through design excellence while remaining involved in all phases of project development – from early pre-conception to post-occupancy phases. Marialy’s excellent managing skills extend from our design studio desks to the field where she works closely with specialty consultants.

Her unique training and sharp people skills allow her to interweave client branding with the design of environments that define, inspire and engage consumers. She also has extensive experience in green building design principles and practices, construction, and operations procedures as well as managing a LEED® certification process.

Marialy has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Major in Public Relations and Advertising, also from the University of Puerto Rico.  She is a LEED® Green Associate accredited by the Green Business Certification Institute.
