DESIGN MANAGER

After working on diverse Healthcare and Multi-family building projects in the State of Florida, Jorge returned to his native Puerto Rico seeking to join efforts in the reconstruction of the island, just months after Hurricane Maria.

With a Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Jorge communicates design ideas through CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) with precision and clarity in the development, coordination, and production of construction documents.

His tasks include but are not limited to:
-Communicating design ideas with three dimensional (3D) BIM Models and three dimensional (2D) Computer-Aided Design software (CAD).
-Creating and assembling Building Information Models in coordination with the design team.
-Production of construction documents and coordination of all building services. (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, fire protection, etc.)
