PROJECT MANAGER & PERMITS COORDINATOR
Joan Monge holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Design and Biology. She commenced her professional journey at an engineering, design, and project management firm, where she handled regulatory approvals and inspected various construction projects. With extensive experience in local code requirements and permit approval, Joan currently oversees diverse projects of varying scales, from design to contract administration during construction, at V Architecture, PSC.
In 2023, Joan was part of the inaugural group of participants in the Christopher Kelly Leadership Development Program, Puerto Rico Chapter, and served as the past delegate for Architectural Interns on the board of the College of Architects. Joan is known for her natural enthusiasm, teamwork skills, and strong work ethic. She is organized, responsible, self-motivated, and adept at multitasking, with excellent communication skills. With a broad understanding of architectural, construction, and project management principles and practices, she excels in her field.
