JESSICA N. DÍAZ BRAS

AIA, LEED® AP

Jessica has been collaborating with V Architecture since 2011. Whether it’s a public or private vision, Jessica’s projects are consistently designed to the highest level of quality and commitment to sustainability. She initially joined our firm as Project Architect/Manager, and LEED® Certification Manager for a design-build education project in Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Thanks to Jessica’s robust insight, this project received a Gold LEED® Certification, being our first of several LEED Certifications

 

Jessica holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Tulane University. She is also a LEED® Accredited Professional by the Green Business Certification Institute since 2009, closely following green building technologies in Puerto Rico since its earliest years.

 

Jessica is an excellent team player who brings an all-encompassing project management approach to planning, design, and development.  Her collaborative management skills successfully integrate the client’s objectives with architectural inspiration into a unified, efficient design. As an experienced Senior Sustainable and Project Manager, Jessica can manage endeavors of any size, juggling architecture, engineering and specialized consulting.
