HR & OFFICE MANAGER
Nubia González is a well-rounded professional with a strong background in administrative management. Originally from Colombia, she has stood out for her ability to take on diverse responsibilities and advance within her field. Throughout her career, Nubia has worked in dynamic environments across sectors such as healthcare and government, where she has demonstrated skills in planning, coordination, and personnel management, contributing to the success of projects and strengthening operations.
In addition to her professional experience, Nubia completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising. Later, she decided to expand her knowledge and specialize in human resources, earning a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from EAE University in Barcelona. This program allowed her to deepen her understanding in areas such as organizational development and talent management. Her main interests include promoting a positive and productive organizational culture focused on employee well-being and organizational efficiency.
