Guías Homogéneas De Diseño Urbano Caguas

In an effort to improve the quality of life and promote a healthier environment, the former Mayor of Caguas, Hon. William Miranda Marín requested V Architecture to develop a series of guidelines that will enable positive urban redevelopment and enable a unified environment for the town center of Caguas, specifically, Plaza Santiago R. Palmer and the Paseo Calle Gautier Benítez.

Based on an assessment of the existing structures, our guidelines establish implementation priorities taking into account the aesthetic conditions of each building flanking the Paseo and Plaza. The guidelines cover stylistic character, signage for the commercial tenants, exposed building utilities, and fenestrations and shading devices.
