Residencia Paseo San Juan

The renovation includes the design of a new family room, new bathroom facilities as well as new walk-in closets for the two children’s rooms, the design of the outdoor terraces and pool as well as the design of a contemporary facade. In addition, the project includes the provision of a central air conditioning unit to be supplemented by individual units in rooms, as well as a full capacity emergency generator, water cistern, solar water heater and gas provisions for kitchen and laundry appliances.

The project includes the replacement of all flooring, windows, doors and built-ins with the intent of providing a new and simple, yet elegant feel to the house. Strict coordination with all the engineering disciplines – as well as system suppliers – was crucial. In addition to being responsible for the architecture, engineering and furniture, fixture and equipment design, we worked in collaboration with the interior designer during the furniture selection process. The project was completed as proposed within time and budget.
