REBECA C. IRIZARRY ROIG

With nearly 20 years of experience, Rebeca is an excellent senior project manager. Rebeca stands at the forefront of large, complex design projects, embodying a role that is both challenging and crucial to the firm. Possessing a diverse blend of skills and knowledge, she takes each project with high professionalism and passion. She’s in charge of managing projects from inception to design development, construction drawings, bidding, negotiation all the way to construction contract administration. Through the years she has effectively lead hospitality, institutional, commercial, and residential projects among others.

 

Rebeca’s extensive firm experience enables her to become the Design Team leader in charge of overall project management including stakeholder relationship, architectural and engineering
coordination, and team development. She effectively works with clients to develop project design programs, project requirements, and space planning diagrams. In addition, she is deeply passionate to mentor and sponsor young and aspiring architects within the firm’s Interns and Mentorship Program. Giving back is part of her career mission.

 

Innovative, strategist, exceptional teamwork, outstanding organization skills, reliability, and excellent communication skills are just some of the professional characteristics that make her a very talented architect and project manager.

 

Rebeca has a Summa Cum Laude Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Cum Laude Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design. She is also a LEED® Green Associate,
