José is senior principal of V Architecture and founding partner of J+RB (V Architecture’s predecessor firm established in 1980).

During his fruitful career, Rodríguez has been involved in all aspects of the architecture profession – from client relations, to project development, to construction contract administration. He has been instrumental in a myriad of projects, including the development of education spaces, hospitality accommodations, commercial and multi-use properties, as well as healthcare, industrial, and correctional spaces.

José is recognized for his superior management skills and his attention to detail, completeness, and accuracy of construction drawings and other documentation. He places special focus on building code and safety compliance, to work closely with all vendors in our engineering processes.

José holds a Master of Architecture from Syracuse University, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tulane University.
