Baldwin Park, in Orlando Florida, is a trendy neighborhood which served as an Army Air Corps and Air Force base from 1940 to 1968, and later as the Orlando Naval Training Center. Today it has been completely renovated and has become a fantastic residential location, with fifty files of paths and trails and 200 acres or parks.
V Architecture performed a development study for a 96-room Hyatt House hotel.
Meanwhile, located right off of University Blvd., V Architecture performed a Site Analysis for a potential Hyatt Place Hotel and three entertainment venues in the University of Central Florida (UCF) vicinity. The site had easy access to the Central Florida Research Park and other corporate office buildings like Lockheed Martin and Siemens. Close to landmarks like the UCF’s main entrance, the CFE Arena and the Bright House Networks Stadium.
Although the client decided not to pursue these two projects, it was a fantastic opportunity to explore new professional realms.
