Jorge Ruiz Santiago

With over 12 years of experience, Jorge takes care of all phases of architectural projects, including pre-development, design, project management, and construction administration.  His main objective is to work closely with the client and establish a unique relationship throughout all the stages of the project and beyond.

He has a strong project management background and is a natural leader and team player, committed to achieving project goals. Jorge’s excellent management skills and attention to detail in the design space translates to produce quality in design that is timely and under budget.

His well-rounded experience in the private commercial space as a construction project manager and designer gives him the edge in understanding the clients needs and expectations. Jorge has extensive experience managing small to large scale commercial projects that require careful coordination with multiple department heads including developing design brand guidelines as well as coordinating interior office space stacking. He is also experienced in the latest BIM technologies to further enhance the consultant and client coordination experience keeping up with the latest trends in the AEC industry as well as project management.

Jorge has a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design.
