Aurimar Ortiz | CODDI

With over 3 years of experience in interior design and over 6 years of experience in retail sales and customer service, Aurimar is a hands-on designer with an excellent implementation approach that helps to bring extraordinary projects to completion.

Aurimar has designed and supervised construction projects in upscale residential and commercial projects. Her first commission when she joined V Architecture was to design a new restaurant at the Puerto Rico International Airport which she designed successfully with complete client satisfaction. Her previous experience in the design and staging of model homes is also very valuable for the design as well as the construction phases.

Concept development, sourcing, space layouts, construction drawings, budget analysis, and furniture and lighting selection are some of her daily tasks. Aurimar’s retail experience comes handy during the construction phase of the project when she assists the project team in the coordination with vendors to make sure that the design intent is carried into the final product.

Aurimar has a bachelor’s degree in Art with a concentration in Interior Design as well as an Associate Degree in Interior Design and Decoration from the San Juan School of Design, EDP University.
