The design of this four-story, 76,650 sq ft office building creates a dramatic statement on the skyline with the use of architectural detailing.

Taking into consideration a tight site plan in a highly populated office park and recent renovations to the traffic plan of the surrounding business district, the design of the Daimler Chrysler One Park Office Building creates harmony within the site and its surroundings.

Special consideration was taken to ensure maximum use of the space while allowing easy vehicular circulation in and out of the adjacent 386-car parking deck.
