RAFAEL LUGO VICENTE

SENIOR DESIGNER

Rafael (Rafi) has been our design architect since joining the firm in 1980. He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico and, for over 30 years, has been responsible for the design of most of the firm’s projects, including large-scale master plans, mixed-use developments, office buildings, hospitality developments, commercial buildings and civic government projects. Rafi has been a key figure in supporting our integrated design approach, bringing creative solutions to projects from concept to completion.

His responsibilities begin with initial programming, working directly with clients. He develops thorough design concepts and further aids in construction documentation and specification. His support continues through construction and project completion. Rafi’s deep understanding of scale and construction methods helps provide a high-quality and functional design for every project. He is recognized as a strong and agile designer who responds positively to client’s vision, budget and schedule.
