Marialy has 11 years of experience, managing all phases of architectural projects, including pre-development, design, project management, and construction administration. Her approach, working in close collaboration with her clients, in an integrated process lacing together the disciplines of architecture, interior design, and graphic design. She is a natural leader and client advocate. She is committed to achieving project goals through design excellence while remaining involved in all phases of project development from early pre-conception to post-occupancy phases. Marialy is an excellent project manager capable of managing the design team from V Architecture studio to basic and specialty consultants.

Her unique training prior to architecture combined with her people skills and thoroughness of processes, making her capable of interweaving branding with the design of environments that define, inspire and engage consumers. Unifying the userspace experience with branding impression. She also has extensive and recent experience in green building design principles and practices, construction, and operations procedures as well as managing a LEED certification process.

Marialy has a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Design, and another Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Major in Public Relations and Advertising, also from the University of Puerto Rico.  She is a LEED Green Associate accredited by the Green Business Certification Institute.
